@meshzzizk you have a peculiar sense of humor

@meshzzizk could you please remind us when last time members of Likud intervened Gaza with dedicated purpose to |3ehea|) babies and |^ape women? and what the difference of hamas planting |30m|3s in discotheques instead of buildings?

@jacquelineleitch7050 works what? Israel does not occupy Gaza.

@frankmirado9833 "Forced displacement can only be justified on an exceptional basis under human rights law and subject to strict conditions. It must be provided for by law and be necessary and proportionate to achieve a legitimate aim, such as to protect national security or public order, public health or morals, or the rights and freedoms of others." - Israel has a legitimate aim of to protect its national security. So, it's completely lawful.

powerful and wrong - it's acceptable according to international law
2
@patriciaeddy7629 though they are very good at digging - they trained in this last 15 years - a little more digging will not bother them much I guess...
2
@zuzu7308 how would ceasefire help Israel to establish its security?
2
@@jimrobinson9188 according to UNHCR docs they were forced. However according to the same docs Israel has a legitimate aim and such displacement is lawful.

@jacquelineleitch7050 Geneva Conventions don't provide definition of occupation and utilize definition provided by Article 42 of the 1907 Hague Regulations which I brought above, and according to this definition Gaza is not occupied. You have no idea what you are talking about, do you? show me where "Geneva Convention has ruled that Israel is illegally occupying Gaza"? which article? can you cite it? you are talking complete and utter nonsense. I provided you exact laws, you are just talking nonsense. I'm right, you are wrong. Now end of story.
2
@bahaar2825 suddenly??? 15 years - while they were digging tunnels under this hospital - is not "suddenly" - they had 15 years to prepare to pay.
2
@fonandovevo7737 yes, I do
1
@soulfulgardener how is it racist? what at all race has to do with it?
1
@Userofthenet1970 which one exactly?
1
@jacquelineleitch7050 "military airspace containment" is not how occupation is defined in international law, so it's not an occupation from legal perspective.
1
@jacquelineleitch7050 first of all airspace is not "a territory". Second, we have Hague IV for this: "Art. 42. Territory is considered occupied when it is actually placed under the authority of the hostile army. The occupation extends only to the territory where such authority has been established and can be exercised." "military airspace containment" does not provide authority over territory - i.e. exclusive power to enforce the law on population. So, it's not an occupation according to international law.
1
@jacquelineleitch7050 I have provided you exact article of international law defining occupation - Gaza situation absolutely positively does not confirm to aforementioned definition - therefore international law does not consider this an occupation. You are utterly wrong.
1
@rachael_grey "and empty gas canisters"... rrrright... just for fun I guess... but I wonder - why gas? why canisters? why not milk jugs for example - it's much more funny...
1
@rachael_grey yeah, many times. But still, oxygen tank is not funnier that gas canister, but milk jug is. Oh, look, even funnier - cow, alive 😆 ask them to try 😆
1
@bahaar2825 "what would you do if you or your family are in that situation?" - my family can't be in "that situation" - my family does not dig tunnels under my home, does not launch rockets from my backyard, does not go to neighbors to |3ehea|) their babies. Play stupid games - win stupid prizes.
1
@rachael_grey "The estimates from compiled sources as of today are now up to 20,000+" - wow, wonderfully stupid prize for wonderfully stupid games!!!11one
1
@rachael_grey propane tanks are still not funnier that live cows, c'mon, man...
1
@13shadowwolf nope, my comprehension of international law is complete - I didn't cherry pick anything - there is only one definition of occupation in international law - there is nothing to pick from. And what specifically I "misunderstood"? - please, be concrete with your allegations - else your allegations are null and void.
1
@13shadowwolf I'm still waiting you to substantiate your allegations. Would you, please?
1
@13shadowwolf so, apparently you can't substantiate your allegations. It's what I thought exactly.
1
@13shadowwolf I read exactly what is written in international law - what else I should do? I'm not choosing anything - it's the ONLY definition of occupation in international law. Also, apparently, multiple countries, with people whose job it is to understand that stuff, completely agree with me. So, you have someone agree and someone disagree - how do you decide who is right and who is wrong? you bring an argument - I brought mine - international law - international law confirms to my position - therefore I and those "multiple countries" which agree with me are right, and those which disagree are wrong. You don't need to be any sort of "expert" to comprehend plain, simple and unambiguous statement of article 42 of the Hague Regulations. The reality is the plain, simple and unambiguous statement of article 42 of the Hague Regulations - "Territory is considered occupied when it is actually placed under the authority of the hostile army." - Gaza was not "under the authority of the hostile army" - the authority of Gaza since 2006 was elected hamas. Therefore Gaza is not occupied. Plain and simple - according to international law.
1
@frankmirado9833 yes, it's proportionate. But I guess you have no idea what proportionate means.
1
hamas is an elected governing body of Gaza - thus the war - I don't understand senator's complaints - on oct.7 Gaza attacked Israel and started a war - war will end when Gaza surrenders - which include full dismantle and handling over its government - until then Israel's military campaign is fully justified - according to international law.
