  1. actually the whole this topic is a nonsense - speed of light is NOT about light - it's THE "speed" of interaction - and therefore the speed of light always and for all directions equals to speed of light and BY DEFINITION is the same - since we measure time as speed of interaction - there is nothing to compare this speed with - this speed is THE measurement standard.
