Merrydoc his record gives Bob no credit, as most of his early kickboxing losses were by DQ when he got into rage mode and pummeled opponents on the ground. He also almost defeated prime Remy Bonjasky. And at the time, knocking out the mountain that was Akebono looked impressive (in hindsight guy lost to everyone). But soon after Mirko Cro Cop managed to break Sapp's orbital bone... that knockout change him. The Beast was never a technical fighter but he was SCARY, and dominated even matches that he lost. But he wasn't the same again after that.
