They were fire into Ukraine but didn't make it and fell down before reaching the target. A hit into Ukraine from west of Belarus could easily fall into Poland.

Like even if you imagine all aid made it here (even donald admitted USA embezzled half of it), that would be some 100 billions not 500. ALSO USA owes Ukraine for Budapest memorandum, NOT the other way around. GIVE US BACK OUR 1500 NUCLEAR MISSILES!

IF the missile would actually be identified as S-300, there is a possibility it was fired in ground mode from Belarus (which russia uses as platform to launch missiles from) on a target in Ukraine, and it misfired or was intercepted above Poland. Not first time russians launch stuff into Ukraine above other countries, see a few missiles that fell into Moldova, fired from Black Sea into Western Ukraine but didn't quite make it. This seems to be a similar case.
