  2. Really? To me Napoleon is the legendary conqueror with people being called insane by comparing themselves to him, like literal synonym for lunatics in the asylum is "the Napoleons". We also learn about Alexander the Macedonian and Cleopatra's lover before Marc Anthony, but they were never really legendary, mostly like, side characters in Asterix and Obelix cartoons, and Fate Zero, respectfully. I mean, nobody actually thinks Iskandar can stand one on one against Gilgamesh or Artoria, right?

They have a whole series on her and decided to make her ambigously tan, as she could be anywhere from a pale redhead to very tan brunette since we don't have her mummy (both Egyptians and Macedonians were diverse, most were dark but Alexander was blond, and Ramesses red-headed, so good luck guessing.) Also Cleo could have Syrian mixed ancestry which doesn't simplify it at all.
