Wait... Is Megadeth a McCoy band then? Metallica are obviously of the Hetfield Table clan.

Never had Tunes of War album by Grave Digger? One of the best Power Metal records of all time.

@TAP7a Yeah this is a really interesting point, Scotland got SO romanticized that people assume it was colonized by English, while it's closer to them doing colonialism together against other places. Scots just make for good underdogs in historically inaccurate media.

@ChiefLibrarianAhriman I will never be able to take William of Orange seriously because of his name. I know, it's Dutch color and I associate it with Ruud Van Nistelrooy's goals and Netherlands Olympic team, it's just weird calling someone a king when his name is literally a citrus fruit. What next, Prince Johnny Lemon? Queen Gertrude of Grapefruit? Princess Clementine... Wait, this one doesn't sound as weird.

For parade troops maybe but during actual war nobody bothers to shave in reality. Cleanly shaven soldiers in trenches are a Hollywood invention. Nobody cares for regs when most of the war is just digging.

Might be the first at least half-British ruler of England since Cromwell too! I mean the royal family is just a wreath of inbreeding Germans, Diana was the first "non-Aryan" they accepted.

You have the higher ground... XD

Literally no, the king who united Scotland and England into one country was a Scot. Ruling from London. Meanwhile, to russify Crimea, russians forcibly deported ALL Crimean Tatars from their homes to Siberia. You can make a case for Khmelnytsky signing Pereyaslav Rada though, but even that was done under pressure, and not like he ever became the ruler or both peoples. But Crimea case is closer to Europeans colonizing Australia or America.
