26:40 only russian exports are fossil fuels. They're all bought exclusively with US dollars, as you explained... russia is just a bad example. France and Germany pays ruskies in USD for oil & gas and russians use that money to airstrike children in Syria and shell Ukraine every day. Literally nobody needs roubles for anything. Nobody in russia holds savings in them. They're called "wooden" money for being so bad.
