  1.  @alejandramarquez6804  Fashion industry is biggest example of planned obsolescence, look at trends, "this season we mix this color with that", etc., clothing is designed to be both worn out fast, being made cheaply, and to go out of style in a single season. It creates all sorts of problems from worker exploitation to actually damaging the environent.

Your definition of passive conspiracy is shrink's definition of psychological manipulation: instead of telling people what you want them to do, you make them think they actually want to do it themselves. Also see: gaslighting, from movie Gaslight. It's not about gas light lamps actually lol, but we come full circle back to lightbulbs.

  4. Sony is closing a store for PS3, PSP and Vita. What's worse, is that their new consoles have no backwards compatibility, which means our only means of preserving older games is via emulation, (as older consoles will break eventually) but emulators are also being usurped by the company when they release "HD collections" and stuff – not of all games, but a few select ones they decide they want to make you pay a second, third, fourth time for.
