@claudiofunes1380 Modifying shoes is legal, reselling modified product as Nikes is probably not. There's a difference between selling used items you own and buying stock to resell yourself on higher price, which is a very gray area since it includes both scalpers and modders.

Not just car modification! Precedent will open the flood gates to companies forbidding people from doing things to stuff they own, like redecorating a house, or repainting a guitar, not to mention the right to repair on its own. It's companies DREAM to forbid people from tinkering with stuff they already bought because that would ease the already abusive practiced of planned obsolescence, proprietary components, or charging premium for a regular quality item by limiting up the lesser model artificially. I a not even talking about things like overclocking above warranty performance, but stuff like paying to unlock factory-locked-but-already-there functions, which Teslas learned to do on their own.

The generation that still remembers Schumacher and tries to buy "that red car that had that cigarette ad on it"... no surprises here, they were cringe back when Hot Pursuit races in Need for Speed excluded Ferraris so Lambos and McLarens became the cool car everyone liked instead.

@kipzonderkop1994 I mean it's funny trolling people by looking like you got a car boring old people who don't know shit about cars do, but it's a JDM Toyota that can run miles around canyons under the pretentious kit of a cringe overpriced junk that lost all of their fans since Schumacher left.

Hyundais are cool, only brand other than Mercedes and Aston that can made gray cars look fun, many of them look like a tiny sports car from outside but whenever you get into one it's comfy like a giant sedan!

@1bun2bun Astons look so classy but they're so ridiculously overpriced, their mid-range looking cars are cool but for same price you can buy something outrageously exotic like a Lambo! And Lotuses or Porsches are even cheaper though latter are kind of a boomer car.

I literally just had an ad for Lamborghinis that had a cute guy play a Strat, get a coffee, walk out of a modern glass house, and get a Lambo in his garage. They target guys who want to look modern and live comfortable and girls who love guys like that. Ferrari should have capitalized on Outrun style crowd and "boy and girl ride into sunset on a tropical island" and make actual open top Testarossas and Spyders instead of getting a stick up their butt puckers and making cars for out of touch boomers.

Right now Ferrari represents epic failure, they are beaten by A GODDAMN ENERGY DRINK in F1. For years! Like I resumed watching Formula this season and while I knew Red Bull was winning championships with Vettel before, seeing a car with HONDA on the wing outrunning everyone was hilarious! Before that Ferrari was associated with Schumacher and Marlboro. Now tho? If you rich and want to brag you get a Tesla.

@KnitGnosis but what about a Civic that has a Type R sticker on it getting overrun by your uncle's crappy BMW? It goes both ways, Hondas, whose engines literally just won Formula 1 being overtaken by some boxy dad car looks silly, with M or not, since people put sporty stickers on low end Japanese cars.
