I've read an article on Mali massacres and it said the local govt. thought the French were ineffective because they weren't brutal enough with civilians, and not because they were colonial troops considering themselves above learning the local dynamics. So they hired guys named after Hitler's favorite composer who don't actually consider Africans human and they announced every civilian an ISIS member, just like they did in Syria, Libya, and other places russia is colonizing right now.

The fact they invaded half the countries in Eastern Hemisphere and are not in any shape or form even private, it's russian government's cannon fodder.
