@RanmaruRei only the first form from the ones you listed is used in speech, like, ever. "Кофе ли хотите вы?", while incredibly archaic, can be translated as "Do you want coffee, or?.." and the last one as "You're the one who wants coffee, are you?" Finally, the point here is in ending question. "Кофе будешь, или нет?" would be the russian version.

2:35 in defence of English that you represent with Shakespeare, in his times, it was "thee" and "thou". The "polite" form in other languages is just addressing a single person in the plural form of "you", and I think that inability to distinguish between singular and plural second person pronouns is a bigger problem than a lack of respectful form.
