  2. The difference is that putin and this woman openly bragged about mass kidnapping on TV, and that the act by itself falls under definitions of genocide... They even confessed the motive. I think the biggest mistake of russian state is not knowing foreigners can translate from russian - ALL internal russian propaganda is genocidal in nature, but their English language rhehoric is completely different: a tankie in Florida doesn't get the same messaging as ordinary russian who just wants to see dead Ukrainians/Chechens/Syrians on TV... Until someone translates.
