  5. They have more troops than 250k now, and don't quote russian rules period, nobody is actually following them. Local governments in Donetsk and Luhansk are a joke, these cities are managed directly by moscow since 2014.

  8. Ukrainian here. Read a lot of info, can try to answer you. 1. US support was effectively over by August 2023. It might resume but they already blocked it without Trump, you have Sullivan and other "escalation managers" leading to a lot of needless deaths already. 2. They ALWAYS kept hidden mobilization, true. It never stopped and is mostly targeting poor regions. 3. This is harder, but I remember Wagner structure having a core of elite mercs with good gear and training and convicts used for fodder. We can assume some form of that exists in main russian army with some units more equal than others.
