  1. I think YouTube literally won't process and cut off black screen when rendering, at least it used to before. So really, you need a template for last 15 seconds for links. When videos are cuts of a stream or let's play it's awkward putting extra 15 second of nothing between episodes, so a lot of reasons people don't bother...

  2. Umm, NO, you cannot choose to have that thing earlier in a video, YouTube only allows it last 15 seconds, that's it.

  3. For gaming videos I am just conditioning myself to let the final 10-15 seconds t be cool-off and not action when possible.
