I just watched a long Essay on Noam Chomsky, and it was mostly summarizing Bosnian war... I will be sick for the next few years after that... At least there weren't any questions about the guy's moral integrity, people in comments pointed out more genocides he supported. Then there was a video on "realists" by same guy, Kraut, and I decided that I had enough of watching things done to us now done to other people before for this decade.

My fav video essay genre is "why Metal Gear Solid 2 is deeply profound, predicted all future, and you all don't get its genius" by people who didn't understand it roasting the fandom with then-relevant Japanese topics and being a product of its time.
