  1. 23:34 This concept of every fraud CAUGHT eroding trust is very bad and why sports governing bodies hate to catch doping: the fact that athletes are on banned PEDs doesn't diminish trust in clean sports unless they get caught. So there's an incentive to hush-hush everything, seems same problem exists in science so we get tons of hacks, including the guy who started antivax movement, being welcomed and published just to keep the pretense that the field is clear. Kinda how russian teams are back in sports but now have LESS doping tests. Catching cheaters is bad reputation.
