@WK-47 about "House of God" not being literal anymore, it has to do with faith: Bronze Age polytheism generally considered gods to be INSIDE the idols, physically. It's a major important factor in understanding why Babylon removing people's idols was so devastating. There lies the main difference with Abrahamic monotheism: it's not only the faith in one God (hence capital G) vs many gods (as a species), but also the belief that God is everywhere, while gods were believed to exist inside stone or wooden idols. One of main roasts of pagans in the Bible goes about how a polytheist went to cut a wood, cooked food on part of it, and made another part of the same piece into what someone considers a god. Even the Jewish Holier of Holies was an empty room, which disappointed Roman temple robbers. They assumed everyone's gods are physical statues or carvings, not heavenly beings.

@archbishoprichardforceginn9338 I am not sure what your comment has to do with people discussing notes in cuineform but the whole point to have four sources writing about the same thing is to figure out the truth and details.

@martinvanburen4578 you can barter with zero language skills: show item, point to item, change until both confirm... But I bet people figured out each other's language pretty fast if there was regular trade they spoke enough.

That's how exit polls work: if you ask 5% of voters who they voted for, you KNOW the results, we NEED to have most vote for fairness but a sample size of 10 thousand people is usually enough to know what a million will say - as long as sample includes enough diversity by gender, age, class etc.

There's also engraving, especially harder metals like titanium are generally sturdier than most rocks. Also someone posting an embarrassing picture of you on Facebook, nobody lives that down!

@Flum666 Charles literally didn't.

Yeah the "debate me bro" culture is insane. It's like a bully inviting a nerd to figure out who's better at math in a boxing match (kind of happened with celebrities before). THAT SAID, both this example and Biden's turned out to be good: Atlantis joined Kursk in its fate, and US finally has a chance to survive in November provided they stop the project 2025 coup.

OMG 4:00 Flint even made both of Rogan's roided-out brain cells move and force Hancock to admit that there is no evidence for his theory... This is an admission of losing the debate right here.

They literally have Valuev & Treshkova in russian Duma, and judging by these Neanderthals, they were not capable of human emotions or thought.

Why nobody tries to make an auptopsy of entire russian parliament? A bunch of vile, rabid Neanderthals, look at Valuyev and Tereshkova.

Need to find proof of styrofoam then! Like for flat Earthers I require them to present three things before a debate: proof of the turtle, and a ruined DeLorean in Egypt as without it Eratosthenes wouldn't be able to get the "agenda about hiding the shape of the Earth from current world government" then do his experiments in Ancient Egypt of the Ptolemaic period.

It's like if someone studies russia they would have a tattoo of poop emoji on their arm!

Oh they have to be joking me, Blavatsky is so wrong, she is called out on being a fantasy author in Fate Grand Order, a sci-fi game with time travel and other mythological creatures coming to life: they draw the line on her Lemuria... Similar to how Assassin's Creed heavily leans into "ancient high tech progenitor" conspiracy yet pyramids are built by Egyptians even there. Guys if your theory is laughed as non-plausible in FANTASY MEDIA, you made something extremely silly.

@ellen4956 He brought it up because it had a unique case of a nerdiest of archeologists going into a weed smoking alt right weidos podcast (whatever a "pod" is) and demolished the Discovery channel C-list celebrity in a debate. This video isn't about Atlantis per se but the unlikely success of a guy who had debate rigged against him (this is the equivalent of Biden going to Fox News).

There are weird creeps who watch these things called "podcast" and this is like, their king, the guy Rogen who looks 60 but acts 13, both of which are side effects of steroids.

I think you confuse the myth existing on its own merits and the conspiracy of it being real becoming mainstream with a fringe group still holding on to it after being ridiculed EVEN by other conspiracy nuts like Rogen and Elmo. Flat Earth had similar way, at first it was main gateway conspiracy but now even these alt right weirdos deny it.
