  2. There were actual female dictators during this skit and before, it's just satire. Tons of atrocities done by Catherine "the greatest of all sovereigns and wh$&s", as Byron put it... She started by killing her husband in a coup. Women tyrants existed from Wu Zetian to the lady who was recently deposed in Bangladesh.
