Don't know who is Dua Lipa but know Arch Enemy got rekt by photographer who happens to be a lawyer, because OF COURSE the person taking the picture owns copyright. THINK, people! If politicians, celebrities and businessmen had rights to photos they appear in, how would even the journalism survive as a profession? A dirty official taking bribes on film? Photographer gets in jail. Caught R.Kelly pissing on a teen? He sues you for his image. NO PEOPLE SHOULD NOT GET RIGHTS FOR ANY IMAGES THEY APPEAR, it will destroy any investigations forever, it will be a dystopia where rich do everything they want, film it, and ruin your life if you object to anything on tape, be it torture, sexual assault or murder.

If that was possible, all politicians will make a copyrighted badge and necktie and sue every journalists that photographs them doing drugs with underage prostitutes with oily bribe money. NO, journalism should be free, period. Any attempts of banning photography of people, ESPECIALLY famous ones, outside of protected military installations, should be combated with full force. I don't care how much celebrity you are, if your name is Weinstein, Trump, Epstein, Cosby or R. Kelly, your pictures should be allowed to be published, with EVERYTHING you've done in the open.
