  3. I'm afraid they gonna find a scapegoat. Problem is industry-wide, and safety is skipped for many reasons, pointing fingers at ANY one person, armorer, propmaster, director's assistant, the actors or anything, would be a mistake. They all should be held responsible and whoever let things run that way in first place.

  4. Why every time a Ukrainian is killed, you are trying to equate victims with perpetrators? "Oh those who shoot Ukies must be really feeling sorry, they're the REAL victims" like STOP IT. Stop. Killing. Us. And defending the murderers.

There's a fine line between bureaucratic nightmare (that's when there's so much regulation things tend to get skipped for effectiveness, bribes and corruption are norm because people want get things done) and unregulated chaos. In former Soviet countries, DEregulation is heavily required for economy to function. You do not want to run around dozens of departments getting 100500 papers to prove you aren't a camel (a famous skit in USSR satirizing bureaucracy). However, ultra capitalist countries like USA need better regulation. EU seems to kinda be in the middle, though when it comes to fossil fuels some countries REALLY want regs to go off to make more money for lobbying oligarchs. That's bad. But you can't regulate everything, or nothing at all, there's a balance that makes things work with least amount of crap.
