This is true for much of the United States but, as the World can see, opening up too quickly and with a lack of protection on the part of the people has only added to the death toll when death could have been prevented! Now, our President is defunding testing and dismantling Healthcare for Millions of people. It's as if Trump WANTS more people to die and for people to pay out of pocket so the Government does not!!
