  2. Even when regular people went to NoLa, with food and supplies, the Red Cross denied them access.The RC wanted ALL the funding they could get! The Pakistan Government (Oligarchs) have the money to help people but, will they part with it?! It's like Ukraine! Decades of Independence, a World supplier of Grain and other exports, and they Never imagined that they would need to invest in and build a Strong Defense, Just in case Russia or another Country Invaded??! WHY do they have such limited defense capabilities? Like Pakistan, WHERE is all the MONEY Going??!!
