  3. It took my family 50 years to pay off our home. To those that are complaining it's not supposed to happen over night are even with one or two generations however someday your future generations will have something here. Also the only person making money in the housing market now are the banks with the high interest rates. Instead of that money ending up in the owners pocket. So prices are actually artificially down.

  4. BC does not have enough water currently to support more than 8 million people and that's with some serious restrictions. Every summer we are running low on fresh water. So before more people come here it's time to do some major water upgrades. We currently have 5million here in BC and we are already short on water 4 months of the year.
