  5. They collect benefits here pay out a relative who still lives here to fill out any paper work or even show up in person. The rest of the funds gets sent to the person who has moved back from the countries they said they where trying to escape. Now the tax payers in Europe, Canada, USA ETC have to pay for the fraud. I wish they would take eye and finger print scans in order to claim your governments handouts.

  6.  @OrlyYaRlyK  How about the citizens rising up against it's government and making positive change instead of allowing it to build underground networks and using them as shields and bargaining chips. That has lead to yet another conflict that there leaders care nothing about the loses of people not fighting in it's war.
