  1.  @bradcanning875  Those Suites already exist. Maybe some of the Illegal suites will use that money to become legal? But otherwise those suites already exists Illegally. So I don't see any benefits to renters.

  4. 100% We Should be producing Gas and Oil till we are ready to go Green by atleast 90%. Instead of making everyone pay through the nose to heat there homes in the Winter. It's like they want us to freeze to death or something. Maybe invest in Nuclear Energy would be a good step in going green at the same time as making the cheapest energy on the planet.
