Stop with the excuses! Make your fighter look weak! He underestimated Volk and got humbled. He also cheated by getting an IV rehydration. Probably gonna get stripped of the belt. So your rehydration time don't work if your fighter cheated during rehydration!

@safira2104 There's no feasible explanation! He cheated, plain and simple. Sucks, but it is what it is. I bet this is why Khabib didn't go to Australia with them. He knew they had less time to rehydrate after a tough cut, and they were planning on using the IV. He wasn't gonna risk his reputation.

This didn't age too well did it? Expect better from a great coach and tactician as Firas. Volk won rounds 2, 3 and 5. Should've been a draw at the least.

Really? Volk out grappled Islam multiple times in that fight. He out hustled Islam and out lasted him too. Volk won rounds 2, 3 and 5. Islam didn't deserve the win after back peddling for 5 rounds. Volk made Islam look average in the submission department! Was literally punching Islam in the face over and over while Islam was holding on to Volk's back cuz he got rocked and turned into a leg humper. Volk displayed more heart and more control and endurance. Islam is probably the most over rated fighter ever. GSP was still around, he'd absolutely maul Islam. Just like he would've mauled Khabib, if Nurmagomedov had the balls to fight him, instead out cutting weight from 200lbs to fight light weights. Dagestan fighters are seriously over rated. Oh yeah, Ortega is so much better at submissions than Islam. He'd submit Islam in a submission match.

Makhachev did absolutely nothing in round 4! He was hurt and tired, so he held on and did absolutely nothing with 3 minutes on Volk's back. Literally just rested and recovered. Volk won 2, 3 and 5. Islam also cheated by getting an IV rehydration. Problem gonna get stripped of title. Volk is the true P4P 👑 Edit: Islam went there 3 weeks before the fight. That supposed one knee knock down was not from a punch. Rewatch it. I'm surprised you actually called it a knockdown? Your pretty bias. All you've done is talk up Islam while talking down Volk. @GoalOrientedLifting An IV is faster and easier on the body for rehydration! You've obviously never cut weight for a fight! Ali admitted Islam used an IV. This just proves how disgustingly corrupt the UFC is. Starting to believe all the fights are rigged.

@jonyhyder6506 Maybe if your over rated cheater didn't cut like 50lbs to fight smaller guys at 155lbs he wouldn't need to worry about how much time he has to rehydrate! Just another Alex Pereira, fighting 2 weight classes under his actual weight! Yet he still struggled with Volk, even though Islam is naturally 6 inches taller and 35lbs heavier. How you can see this as a good showing for Islam is beyond me. He looked like an amateur several times in that fight. Volk is literally one of the most tested fighters in the world, so using that as an excuse is not worthy. Islam ain't anything near as good as ppl make him out to be. P4P Volk is hands down better.
