  1. That third 'apartment' (studio?) is so stuck in the 1960s/1970s! I'm glad the local sento that made it feasible hasn't gone out of business so far, but not having AC or insulation with 40 degree heat and humidity is a deal-breaker. I pity whoever will have to move in here!
