This is getting ridiculous. AND SHAME ON THAT NEIGHBOR
348
This man is completely ignoring the fact that if they had come clean with law enforcement when the investigation started, their son would be in jail facing the consequences of his actions. He wouldn't have been able to take the cowards way out. I can see her parents winning this lawsuit if these allegations are true. I can also see this giving rise to a criminal investigation.

Imagine being in for something stupid or petty and getting put on lockdown because someone in a prison on the other side of the country killed two guys.
41
No one needs to breed flat faced dogs.
40
Sounds like the neighbor that calls the police on her all the time is just jealous of this hard-working, beautiful mom of five. I LOVE that she's not giving in!! You can tell she has good morals.
37
When it comes to things like pedophilia suspects should not even be allowed to claim entrapment. The mirror act of them trying to solicit a minor for sex regardless of if that minor came to them is a huge crime and should be punishable by death.
32
And lying to law enforcement
26
The money should come straight from the salaries of those who did not do their job properly.
25
It should be illegal to raise rent prices more than 5% in the 12 month time span. And you should have to prove that either cost of operation, or taxes increased OR that you made it better for the tenants.
21
You know these guys are up to unspeakable crimes when they've needed up their yacht's that much. Bullet proof glass, radar detection. Escape submarine. This is evil villain sh_t.
19
If a child is taken away for good reason before they're even a year old, and then they spend more time with the foster family than they did with the birth parents, it shouldn't be legal to give the kid back to the birth parents.
17
I'm glad she's fighting it and I hope she sues everyone involved after.
17
And given medals of Honor!!
16
My little brother wandered into our neighbor's house so many times I can't even count them all. I guess my mom and I should have been arrested for not keeping our eyes on him every second of his life up until a certain age.
16
This is why we need to make more stuff here at home.
14
There haven't been consequences for the CPS workers or judges that order these things.
13
This piece was horrible reporting. Whoever hired the builders and the builders themselves are the ones culpable for these houses not being built properly. And yes the city absolutely has responsibility for not stepping in and saying "these houses are being built wrong".
13
@ruthiebella also I just like to point out that unless you as a parent never sleeps, your child is going to be unattended sometimes.
12
Probably did it on purpose so those other skaters had a chance to get their medals. She was probably forced by her coach to take that substance. I doubt the grandfather story is true. But I doubt it's her fault she had to lie. She's a minor and training under the toughest skating coach alive.
11
@ruthiebella every minute of the day some child somewhere is wandering out of sight of the adult that's supposed to be watching them. And 99% of them don't get hit by cars. You need to stop creating criminal records and ruining the lives of parents over a pretty big maybe. That would also involve a negligent driver not paying attention to the road, being in the same place at the same time.
10
No consequences for people not doing their jobs
9
Can we get someone who is actually competent and not on the verge of death? PLEASE? We'll be good we promise 🙏
9
Still so sad 😔
9
I'm so happy she's fighting this and honestly she should sue them after she wins her case. The state put all the parents in this position through a series of actions. They tax us up the wazoo and in return they are supposed to make sure that certain standards of living are met. But they take our money and refuse to deliver. It's time we put our foot down like this woman has. We cannot let them continue to extort hard working Americans out of their money.
8
Right? It was kind of f**** disgusting of her to imply that it's okay for pedophiles to roam freely in our streets but it's not okay for heroes to be free.
8
I see RV and tent sales increasing 😔
8
The timing doesn't seem suspicious to you at all though?
8
@diamondsaphire3444 a normal drop-off / pick-up point for a contentious custody battle would be the police station. Ain't got any of those or what?
7
That man is delusional calling his friend a good person. He killed a woman! He's a monster. And anyone who defends him should really be looked into.
7
You don't think it's even a little bit suspicious that this is coming right as he brought a record label and a set to perform at the super bowl? A lot more money is about to be in his bank account.
7
Good to hear that the fire is under control.
6
It really should be. Especially when the child was taken before they were even a year old and then spent years in a stable, loving home.
6
In a civilized society rapists and child molesters would get shot in the head. She's so out of touch with reality it's disgusting. I'm right there with you.
6
She's a minor, and under the toughest skating coach alive. Has a history of treating her students badly and forcing them to do things. Many girls quit before they reach adult when training under this coach. You have no empathy if you don't feel bad for her. Not like her country has as many opportunities for it's young people as some other countries.
6
@Strawn149 says the person who brought it up. What does it matter how she paid for it? She's A working woman and this free to spend her money how she sees fit. I think it's great that she's standing up for herself. I am so sick of people letting the states charge them with whatever bogus bs and then extorting money out of them. People need to stop allowing it. The more you allow a bully to push you around the more they're going to do it. The more you stand up for yourself, the less bullies mess with you. Here in the state of Michigan they'll allow drug addicted mothers to keep children while sending good mothers to jail over bs charges. But they have everybody so afraid of the state and the public defenders are so crappy that everybody just pleads guilty whether they did it or not. I wish all mothers were as strong as this woman.
6
Yeah for example; no reunification for parents who lost their child under a year old. No reunification for parents whose children have been in the care of a stable foster home for longer than they were in the care of the birth parents. Those seem like good starting places.
6
No one would have brushed law enforcement efforts aside here. People appreciate them when they do their job correctly. It's just far too often that they don't. Obviously these are some of the outstanding officers that we have to thank in our country.
5
I agree that 14-year-olds are perfectly capable of babysitting in this whole thing is quite ridiculous but I wonder what you mean by the second part.
5
Also I would just like to point out to everybody in this comment thread that it turns out Penn State is lying. She meets all the requirements they set up not only for considering herself a first generation student, but also qualifies for the scholarship. She didn't lie about anything and tried multiple times to correct them when they misrepresented information. Turns out they're unhappy with her because she is a witness in a wrongful death lawsuit concerning a basement classroom that EMTs have now had at least two incidents of not being able to get to injured students in a timely manner. They're mad that she's going to get them in trouble with the truth of their negligence. So they're trying to take away her scholarship and her degrees. Penn State is absolutely being the aggressor here, and I look forward to them either admitting guilt through settling out of court or spectacularly losing their case that she has brought against them.
5
It's crazy to me that this was ever a controversial case. It doesn't matter that man's past history or what drugs he may or may not have currently been on. The cops don't have the right to go up to somebody that isn't harming others, and sit on their chest until after they die. They don't have that right and they never will and they never should.
5
I like the dark-haired lady, she's got a nice perspective "As long as his last moments were wretched, I'm fine."
5
Things like this have been happening long before cell phone towers.
5
Excuse me? They deserve medals of Honor and $1,000 a month for the rest of their lives. These boys are heroes for the entire country. They took one more pedophile off the streets they could attack any of our children. What's wrong with you? You actually think pedophiles deserve to live? The only people who think that are other pedophiles!!!!
4
Medal of honor for all three!
4
I was just watching a fun video by a woman who thought being a flight attendant was all about being pretty. She looked like she still had lots of fun through training though and I'm sure she'll be a great flight attendant. She might even get to hit somebody over the head with a coffee pot one day!
4
Doubtful
4
@tanyagivens4338 it's literally their job to though. It's their job to see what's going on in homes that have come to their attention.
4
Oh Jesus Christ.
4
@WarmongerYT no one cares more about money and land than their parents being around!!! What the actual f__k.
4
For what? So the guy could be out in two months and do it again? So he could retaliate against all of the children? Obviously the mother knew that he was a child molester and kept him around anyways so we should probably get rid of her ass too.
