  1. It should be illegal to raise rent prices more than 5% in the 12 month time span. And you should have to prove that either cost of operation, or taxes increased OR that you made it better for the tenants.

  4. It would probably cost us less to own a home than to rent but good luck getting a lender to approve you for a mortgage. Many people do not qualify after what the pandemic did to everyone.
