  1. This man is completely ignoring the fact that if they had come clean with law enforcement when the investigation started, their son would be in jail facing the consequences of his actions. He wouldn't have been able to take the cowards way out. I can see her parents winning this lawsuit if these allegations are true. I can also see this giving rise to a criminal investigation.

  4.  @chattahuffman5117  when he said Brian's parents didn't break any laws. They absolutely had a legal obligation to tell law enforcement.
