Why should desk jobs be done in an office when they can be done just fine from home? Reducing our use of utilities and resources across the board. People will get to spend more time in the homes they spend so much money on and more time with their families which is better for society. There is no logical reason to send people back to the office it costs more money it has people driving more polluting more spending less time with their families and you don't get any more production value out of them being in the office.

It's time for most Americans to stop pretending they're pro-life. Shelter is a necessity and a right. We should not be paying for shelter. If you want a big fancy house, sure pay for it. But apartments, small houses, condos and trailers. We should not have to pay rent or mortgages. Landlords do not keep the buildings up to date anyways. Our rent just went up and our building is getting worse and worse. One caught on fire due to bad wiring. Yet they raised the rent nearly $100.

Boosting wages but they're still not enough to pay rent and minimal bills even in cheap areas of the country.

People won't work anymore for less than a living wage.
4
They should get real jobs then and stop being leeches on society.

Maybe they should try paying a living wage. The wages being offered around my town are so embarrassingly low they won't even say on indeed or other job sites. At a time when rent just went up $80 on buildings that haven't been fixed in years. One of the buildings in our apartment complex caught on fire two weeks ago from bad wiring. And they had the audacity to raise the rent almost $100

I agree, but even more so I think they don't deserve our taxes in the first place. What does the Michigan government do for you? They don't maintain our roads they don't maintain our schools and apparently they also don't have any kind of standards or regulations that landlords have to meet. The basement of our apartment complex keeps flooding literally every time it rains I've called them every single time. Nothing's been done so yesterday I call and ask him what do you plan to do about this problem and they are trying to blame their slow response or no response I should say on covid so I ask him no that is a poor excuse why have you waited until a pandemic to try and fix a problem that has been happening for years and years and she tried to give me some BS that they didn't know about it. So I called the city and asked him you know who am I supposed to talk to about our property manager not doing anything about there being structural damage to the basement and mold down there and it flooding every time it rains. Well that's not really the cities responsibility you'll have to call the state so I call the state and they said well that's not really our responsibility. So who's f**** responsibility is it then???? And why are they allowed to up the rent every year while the apartments get worse and worse!?!?!

The CEOs have been inflating their wages and bonus packages lmao that's where the money has gone. Look at worker to CEO pay over the decades it's obvious where the money went.
2
Odd grants from the government that he fails to deliver on lmao

@Alwaysgetsdeleted Account they should stop being leeches and get real jobs.

It actually is that simple and there is one main reason. Employers aren't paying enough. No one is going to go spend 40 hours a week and barely be able to pay their rent at the end. Rent has gone up everywhere cost of all products have gone up. Cost of gas has gone up. And Jobs still want to pay what they were paying 10 years ago when I entered the workforce. Anyone with a brain and who is being honest understands that there is not a labor shortage. There is a shortage of jobs that will pay the bills.

This isn't going to work at all.

They like not destroying their cars for ungrateful riders like you and piss poor money. Fixed it for ya 😏
2
When employers start paying a living wage and stop making their workplaces hell.
2
Republicans literally stood in the way of Americans getting assistance to pay their bills.

Rental properties are an investment like any other. Investments don't always work out well. They are not a guaranteed form of income. This is why your main source of income shouldn't be an investment that could fail. Housing is a human right not a commodity to hoard and use to pay your bills off of while you do nothing.

@rustyshakleford1764 everyone says that but I have not seen one job offering over $13 and that's just garbage.
1
Because America just will not get it s*** together and demand that minimum wage meets cost of living in the area the business employs people in.

There aren't even laws or regulations in my state concerning mold in rentals!! These lazy landlords don't even have to meet any kind of standards of living in their rentals and can sit there and make hundreds and thousands of dollars a month off people while sitting on their lazy f**** asses. Make it make sense
