  1. I want to know what's wrong with the 15-year-old developmentally if the parents were gone for months how come he simply didn't walk out the front door and ask somebody for help? This whole story is incredibly fishy and nothing adds up how does no one notice? How did CPS not ever do a check up on these kids when they already apparently had them on the list somewhere? How does this happen in such a public setting?
