  1. It is definitely a failure of our country to have even one person homeless when they are able and willing to work. But if I were homeless I wouldn't be setting my tent up in the Sun by pavement. I would be setting my tent up in the woods. And you best bet if I was chronically homeless for over a year I would have already built myself an actual shelter in the woods. I can't imagine sitting there everyday in a tent in the Sun waiting for someone else to come rescue me
