The Jews never had any homeland . The people of Moses were expelled from Egypt by the Pharoah. The people had nowhere to go so God said they can go to a land which is occupied by other races of people. The people of Moses rejected God's commands and so God told them to let themselves and wonder. So the people of Moses were disobedient to God and as a result never had a homeland.
