@lisandroantoniorodriguez9242 It's a great question and the answer is simple. The technology does not easily facilitate the development of nuclear weapons. The DoD ordered the DoE to only promote nuclear technologies which easily facilitate the development of nuclear weapons. Big O gave away all of our related technology to India and Chyna.

That's USA technology. Not theirs. Obama literally gave them and India all of our technology. They are simply running with all our research.

@CDWCAULDRON There are giant stockpiles all over the place. It's a side effect of common mining. In the US a minimum reserve is required for strategic purposes even though it's not used much. Just checked, apparently in '22 there was an active effort to end the stockpiles. I didn't know and don't know the details.
