  10. Umm interesting that you are British and you never took into account the industrial revolution. Pre industrial revolution, GDP had a linear relationship to population. It was only due to increase in productivity achieved cause of industrial revolution which resulted in diversion of this relationship. Also regarding not receiving signals in London. I live in Chelsea and my signals are perfect. And our speeds are actually better than india's. You should actually look at the facts.
