No, no no not at all. What happened is that they actually all went to high skilled exporters who had all of the good jobs and subsidized the economies. Everyone else was essentially living off their money. However, they're now all getting old and cashing out thus causing their money to pull out.

@dontatmebro- Stick drift basically came from the fact that the sticks are buttons. Repeated uses will simply start to make issues regarding the use of the sticks as they get pushed very slightly out of place over time to where there is shift in 0.

Yeah I can't see a ceasefire happening until the end of summer. The Rasputitsa is gone in one month. Right now what's held everything back is the fact that the offensive for all intents and purposes began in Spring (the worse time to fight in the Steppe) and was characterized by lots of fighting on roads and in cities because tanks would get stuck on the soft muddy ground. Hitler and Napoleon invaded Russia on June 21st and 20th respectively. The worst is yet to come. Full on Eastern Front warfare will be here in one month. We'll see what happens now that both armies are ready to fight a true mobile war.

What that sounds like is a broken training system, so i wonder what's happening in the Bundesheer, however, things like shoveling gravel are probably more important to conscripts than pure shooting given that they're most often line holders and people who do menial tasks rather than Assault elements. However, literally watching paint dry is an unforgivable level of utter incompetence.

They're stifling their own economy long term

@Logan S This is the argument for state control of the economy. Yeah no it's wrong. Working together is great in many respects, but working against each other provides the competition necessary for ideas to flourish as they become requirements to do better than someone else.

This really isn't one of them honestly. For the sake of a rather weak argument regarding competition and environmental regulation (it's really not that hard to carry another cable) they've completely destroyed any future competition. Different devices have different needs and the different cables largely reflect that. It also means that someone in future cannot create a better cable later on. I think it's one that sounds great and will be mostly harmless in the short term, but in the long term be more detrimental for very small gain in the short term anyway.

@Logan S As far as I'm aware it's whatever is USB standard as they simply went and delegated it to that group. Which, useful for developing the USB lines of A, B, and C, isn't necessarily responsible for all cables. So I'd imagine it's just whatever the USB commission likes.
