36:05 Here there is something which is very important that I think needs to be addressed: the type of property that is owned. Is what is being discussed things like homes and other personal property, or productive property like farmland? I see you mention land a lot and I wonder if the reason land is so important is not because people didn't own their own homes or if they didn't own some sort of economic productivity as two very different solutions exist for making your average citizen a property owner for this context and if it's something like home ownership then a place like Pakistan would be fine and not basically feudal since 75% of its citizenry own their own homes.
