We do, but the parties who review are, surprise, the ones in control at the time of making the borders and so are incentivized to make them benefit themselves.

It's not about alliance to a party but about their leanings. Though it's the liberal justices who can end up with decisions which are overturned more often just because they tend to not often be textualists and end up with weak rulings.

@delphic464 Well voter ID it's not like they can deny you as long as you have that ID which is usually just something you can show up for. Buying a firearm also usually requires an ID normally IIRC. However saying you need an ID to do so wouldn't really be infringing upon your constitutional right mainly because it's half the government's job to give you one anyway. You not having an ID is just ridiculous honestly. Everyone except basically the young have an ID. Now yes there's a small percentage of the population who do not have one. It's not unreasonable to get one though.
