  8. Oh yeah it was kind of obvious to anyone who just kind of asked about the situation. Like you start getting angry in the rundown at the enemy until you get to the part of what caused it. At that point you kind of twist your face in confusion for a minute, start to just sigh and hang your head in disappointment, before you just tell everyone to stand down and stop being stupid before you start a war. Tbh even if it had gotten to conflict once it reached the governments both sides would've been like "WHOA WHOA WHOA WHAT THE FUCK!!??" and just rushed to meetings to resolve the dispute before anyone stumbles into a war over something so completely stupid since neither side really wanted a war in the first place.

That's just from the 20th century alone. First conquerer, Alexander, was also in the same position. Realistically, it's the archetype.
