@theofficialken1755 Yeah I wouldn't trust what they put out (just because I wouldn't trust what any government puts out as reliable figures), but it's definitely interesting to see the government saying they're trying to go after artillery. Though it'd lend credence to my idea that they're not actually outgunned. The qualitative advantage in "shoot and scoot" seems to be working out for them

They may not be a NATO army but they are not outgunned in artillery. If they were, there'd be no attack at all from what i can see. But you do have a point in the lack of air power. Let's see what happens. I'm sure they've considered this as well

@cl1ntonbodycount652 It was in certain areas which has changed over time. Also Ukraine has greater Shoot and Scoot capability than Russia currently which evens the math a bit
