  4.  @NotEvenDeathCanSaveU  Frankly it's a question worth asking if we want to be factual. Whether it happened is not in question. However, the actual numbers to get the true total is worth asking. I know for a fact the number starting in 5 to raise the total to 11 was false and its admitted it's false. So it's worth asking if the number 6 is also true.

  12. It's interesting that this is on classic Stossel. I'm too young to have really known much of the conservative censorship of the past and so I've only ever grown up with it once Trump was rising to prominence and got into office. To learn It's been this long is very interesting to me.

  13. I think the issue is having to have a budget that you don't directly control. If you're managing your own budget or otherwise having to keep it under a certain number with the rest of it going to you it's not as important to simply spend it all. But when someone else gives you a budget there is no reward for going under budget and you just get less money next time.
