  1. I think the problem is that it's just that it isn't as attractive as a concept equally to the two groups. Women are, on average, more interested in people and men in things. It's basically an interest gap more than anything else.

  2. @John Cam  Yeah I honestly would place a bet that the amount increase is only marginally more than equal proportion to men in "HEAL" (I've no idea what the acronym stands for besides having Healthcare and first I've heard of it is in this comments section), as the gap is primarily one of interest by person. Issue is that in aggregate it means large discrepancies
