  2. ​ @DontWalkRUN I'm sorry, he's right, it makes no sense as an argument. Sure he doesn't want to tangle with America, but America has shown an unwillingness to go to war over the issue with Russia. Short of war, America is out of ammunition on actions to take against Russia. Thus, it just makes sense to call the bluff and attack anyway. While the mineral deal honestly helps to boost Ukrainian coffers, that's not a security guarantee. And if the Europeans are needed for a guarantee, then they need to be in the room for the ceasefire talks. Trump says "We're going to get a ceasefire" but ceasefires are pretty toothless.
