  1. The fact that Australia, NZ, Singapore and Ireland are all deemed "Free" tells me who's behind this stuff. Sure it's a general idea. But I wouldn't reference them as sources. Lol Canada as 9... I've lived and worked, dealt with lots in Canada but most notably witnessed my father go through endless bureaucracy & extreme tax as I grew up. 9 is a joke. But yea, overarching general theme, for sure!
