  1. I dont have the chequebook for these programs... Do you recommend living there? I know in antigua if youre there for 4 years (no more than 6 months gone) then you can apply for a residence permit. 3 years later. Can apply for naturalization. Do you recommend this?

  2.  @vetiarvind  correct. But i think Peter is just talking about the region and tax benefits. & im talking about whether staying there by paying in time rather than dollars is a wise decision
