  1. Nowadays almost all computer languages know and accept Unicode, therefore you can program in any language you like and even emoji. The original language only requires knowing a few keywords/pre-built methods which can be just memorized. If you really want, you can overwrite those keywords with Unicode. So that's mostly a non issue~
