  5. After you are done with bspwm i expect you to try out rio from Plan9 and plan9port in general. Yes it was created in early 00's but by scientists and for productive usage of mouse. They made an experiment where they took 2 groups of people. One which used exclusively keyboard and other consisting of mouse users. Both groups expected that keyboard would probably be faster than mouse (but mouse using group admitted that they use mouse because it is more convenient) As a result of the experiment everyone was shocked because mouse was faster even with those that used keyoards exclusively. Deffinitely an interesting experience. I switched to rio after dwm on my Alpine Linux

  11. @henry stevens hurd is a collection of microservers, a very modular kernel inspired that of plan9 and simmilar distributed computing concepts, but has same software running as of linux, so you wouldn't really even notice the switch

  16. you can get OrangePi IOT and through adb get an interface to read SMS or get wifi/3g+ connectivity through tethering. I didn't have wifi on my old desktop but had one of these laying around so i turned into script switchable wifi adapter
