  2. I wish there would be more stable software and sort of company backing in nix. Being community built distro is awesome, but it doesn't give much confidence to use in enterprise without some serious backing .

  5. Funny you mentioned that it's type annotations are like Typescript. When I last looked into free pascal, there was a pas2js compiler, which seems like an improved typescript. It's a truly legendary language that's still evolving. Has such software written in it like Double Commander and Total Commander.
