I know little about business but from my point of veiw any business that doesn't invest and uses the budget as a excuse not to invest is performing corporate suicide, in the fact if you don't employ enough people say in a shop environment, retail for example, customers will vote with their feet if they can't find a member of staff or will go to the competition instead of them, couple that with the fact that the employer will be fking their staff off so they may actually look for a better job, leading to a double whammy for the employer.

Are the council's building less social housing due to less money given to them from central government?..I completely agree private housing is expensive...the private/shared ownership is expensive to they were calling a 2 or 3 bed upwards of £200,00-£300,00... I couldn't afford that on my low wages...and if ever if i found one say for part ownership of £60,000... which sounds ok...the total cost of the whole morgauge was South of £200,00-£300,00... the crazy thing is those houses sell...I think unfountnatly they sell for second homes again to be rented out on high rents.. keeping the cycle going.
